History & Information; Sapphire LLC was started in May 2006 after lots of prayers and consideration.
We use a computer generated vinyl cutter for letters/numbers/graphic art. To descibe it best, vinyl letters are like really sticky duct tape with colors.
This vinyl can be cut to most any specification. From 2" up to ?????. Most any color. We can create your design and install it.
